We regret if a product is not what you expected. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if it has not been tampered with and is in the original packaging. We are happy to provide an exchange for another item that may suit you better or we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the product back to our headquarters if that is what you prefer.
As per our Returns Policy, all sales for custom orders, are final and no returns or exchanges can be processed, so please choose carefully.
If a rosary breaks within 30 days of use, we will repair it free of charge. Outside of this scenario, the $10 repair fee applies.
REPAIRS:
We would be pleased to repair your Swords rosary. The repair fee is $10.00. As a courtesy, we would also be pleased to offer a discount toward the purchase of a replacement item.
Please allow 2 weeks for our team to repair the item and return it to you. Repair times may be extended during peak times (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, First Holy Communions, Confirmations)
EXCHANGES:
We want you to enjoy your product and are happy to provide an exchange. We accept exchange requests within 30 days of purchase if it has not been tampered with and is in the original packaging.
Please indicate what item you are returning to us and what item you would like in exchange on the for. You will receive an invoice or a partial refund for the difference if the item you choose is a different price than the original item.
Your exchange will be sent out as soon as we receive your original order back to our headquarters.
